Designed in modules, this program is formatted to fit the busy schedules of working professionals who want to complete the coursework for acquiring a builder’s or maintenance and alteration (m&a) contractor’s license in Michigan. If you provide work and material totaling $600 per job or more in the following areas, you are required to have a Michigan builder’s or m&a contractor’s license.
