Important Information
Under Public Act 157 of 2007 (PA 157) it is now necessary to complete 60 hours of approved courses before the licensing exam can be taken.  Preparation for the licensing exam is included in all of our courses. The State of Michigan is not approving online/distance learning courses at this time. Effective June 1, 2008, anyone holding a builder's or maintenance and alterations contractor's license is required to have a copy of the current Michigan Residential Code book.  The current code book is the 2006 Michigan Residential Code.  This is the text book for all of our code classes and is provided to participants as part of the course materials.

What our students say...

 From Shawn of Allegan, MI,

",,,the instructors chosen for your course are certainly well qualified and consumate professionals. I felt they were all able to impart their knowledge to us and had a thorough understanding of the required curriculum. Knowing the quality instructors you employ means I will be taking my continuing education requirements through BEST as well."
